All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international locations.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 6–12 business days  
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or courier issues.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.

Delays

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If this happens, please contact the courier directly.
